• Cooperate with designing of facilities project master plan, responsible for the full lifecycle management of facility project. 协助工厂维护/施工项目管理计划的制定及项目周期管理。
• Monitor and control deviations and changes during the facility projects implementation process. 监视与控制厂务项目实施过程中的偏差与变更
• Responsible for the sustainable improvement management of project performance. 负责项目绩效的可持续改进管理
• Responsible for planning and organizing regular project reviews. 负责项目定期审查的计划制定与组织开展
2. Energy management 工厂能源能耗管理
• Responsible for maintaining the daily energy consumption monitoring dashboard. 负责维护日常能源消耗监控看板
• Assist in the forecasting and analysis of energy consumption. 协助能源消耗的预测与分析
• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of ROGB energy management measures. 负责ROGB能源管理措施的实施与监控
• Assist in the establishment of EMS system standardization and conduct regular EMS audits. 协助EMS体系标准化的建立，并通过定期的EMS审核
3. Service management 服务项目管理
• Responsible for the sustainable improvement management of long-term service project performance. 负责长期服务项目绩效的可持续改进管理
• Responsible for the sustainable improvement management of construction project performance. 负责施工类项目绩效的可持续改进管理
• Responsible for the sustainable improvement management of maintenance project performance. 负责维护类项目绩效的可持续改进管理
4.Others 其它
• Complete regular audit tasks on time, such as 20-minute audits, 5S audits, GPI audits, etc. 按时完成定期审核工作，如 20mins审核、5S审核、GPI审核等
• Complete regular internal department audits on time to ensure compliance and applicability of operational processes. 按时完成定期的部门内部审核工作，确保作业流程的符合性与适用性

1. Bachelor and above degree with majored in a science or engineering-related field 本科及以上学历，理工类专业背景。
2. English level at CET-4 or higher, with good writing, communication, and reporting skills. 英语需达到CET-4或以上，具备良好的书写、沟通和汇报能力.
3. With experience in sustainable project improvement, project management, supplier quality management, or process quality control will be given priority. 具有可持续项目改进经验、项目管理经验、供应商质量管理、过程质量控制经验者可优先考虑。
4.Outgoing, honest, and trustworthy; good communication skills; strong awareness of quality and project management. 性格开朗、正直诚信；善于沟通；有良好的质量意识与项目意识；
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, PowerBI, and other office software.熟练运用Microsoft office, Auto CAD, PowerBI等办公软件
