Technical:
Cutting tool planning & procurement.
Develop and validate cutting tools, jigs, and fixtures for machining aerospace components.
Utilize CAD/CAM software for 3D modeling and simulation of tooling systems.
Provide training and guidance to production teams on tool usage and maintenance.
Select and Create cutting tool drawings for machining aerospace components.
Perform the cutting tool trails along with NC Programmer & Cutting Tool supplier
Documents Cutting Tools Parameters with BOM
Commercial:
Select appropriate Fixture, Cutting tools & holders for CNC machines and other machining equipment Follow-ups of suppliers for deliveries
Collaborate with engineering & Purchase teams to optimize tool selection for productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely availability of tools for FAI.
Coordinate with suppliers for quality assurance and cost negotiations.
Maintain records of all transactions, Quotation & purchase Request, receipts.
Build and maintain positive, long-term supplier relations.
Research and compare suppliers, goods and services.

Diploma/B.Tech. Mechanical with relevant experience
