The position

Job description

As part of our 5-person marketing team, you will actively contribute to the acquisition strategy to grow our Minecraft and roblox player communities in France and internationally.

  • Player Acquisition: Assist in setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns on TikTok and Google Ads.

  • Influencer Collaboration: Participate in sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships with content creators in France and the United States.

  • Community Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that strengthen player engagement and grow our Discord communities.

  • Analysis & Reporting: Track the performance of campaigns and collaborations to provide recommendations for improvement.


Preferred experience

  • Student in marketing, communication in business school, or equivalent.

  • Passionate about video games and digital acquisition strategies.

  • Comfortable with social media and teamwork.

  • Fluent in English (any additional language is a plus!)

  • Curious, creative, and proactive.

  • A first experience with content creators or managing ad campaigns is a plus!
