We're looking for a seasoned partnership architect to build and scale Resilience's ecosystem. You'll negotiate framework agreements with major Hospital Groups, forge technological alliances with key software publishers, and source strategic operational partners—all while bridging the gap between high-level deals and ground execution.
As our Strategic Partnership Manager, you're the architect of our external growth. You'll transform how we scale by moving from individual clinic contracts to national frameworks with major hospital groups, unlocking technology integrations that make our solution indispensable, and building a partner ecosystem that multiplies our impact. Your ability to navigate complex organizations and structure win-win deals will directly accelerate our expansion across France and internationally.
Partnering with our Sales leadership to approach CEOs and Medical Directors of major Private Hospital Groups, leading negotiations on national framework agreements
Owning strategic governance at HQ level through Steering Committees and QBRs, demonstrating impact and ensuring partnerships deliver on promises
Identifying and negotiating with key software publishers (EHR, Remote Monitoring, Teleradiology) to enable seamless interoperability for our clients
Sourcing and integrating operational partners (Medical Secretariats, Consulting firms, AI solutions) to enhance our value proposition
Acting as the bridge between signed deals and project launch, briefing our Implementation and Account Management teams on strategic stakes
Leading market exploration in Germany (DACH region) to prepare our international expansion
Anne-Hélène, Head of Customer Care
Camille, Head of Implementation
You'll report directly to Greg, VP Operations, who will be your main partner in defining and executing partnership strategy. Greg values strategic thinking combined with operational pragmatism—someone who can both structure complex deals and ensure they get executed on the ground.
The Operations team at Resilience is the engine that turns our vision into reality on the ground. It's a collaborative, cross-functional environment where strategy meets execution—and where your ability to navigate complexity will be celebrated and leveraged.
Structure complex, multi-stakeholder deals that are commercially viable and operationally executable
Negotiate at C-level with Hospital Group executives, Software CTOs, and Service Providers
Navigate complex decision-making circuits in large healthcare organizations
Build and maintain strategic governance frameworks (Steering Committees, QBRs)
Source, evaluate, and integrate external partners into operational workflows
Collaborate across matrix organizations, empowering operational teams to deliver
A natural connector who can speak equally well with a Clinic CEO, a Software CTO, or a Service Provider
An architect mindset—you see the big picture and can design systems that scale
A deal maker who thrives on structuring win-win partnerships
Collaborative and comfortable working in cross-functional environments
Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
Strategic yet pragmatic—you balance vision with execution reality
7 to 10+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Key/Large Account Management, or Business Operations within Healthcare
Deep understanding of the French Private Hospital landscape (decision-making cycles, politics, economics) and/or the E-Health ecosystem
Track record of negotiating and closing complex, multi-party agreements
Experience managing high-level stakeholder relationships at executive level
Fluent English (mandatory)
Have experience with international expansion, particularly in the DACH region
Know the EHR/DPI software landscape and interoperability challenges
Have worked in a scale-up environment navigating rapid growth
Have experience with digital health or remote patient monitoring solutions
At Resilience, we're on a mission to improve cancer care through technology. This is a newly created role, which means you'll have the opportunity to shape our partnership strategy from the ground up. You'll be joining at a pivotal moment where we're transitioning from individual clinic relationships to national frameworks—and your work will directly enable our next phase of growth. You'll work with a collaborative, mission-driven team that values both strategic thinking and operational excellence. Plus, you'll have the autonomy to build something meaningful while making a real impact on patient care.
