The position

Job description

Mission

Spearhead Reelevant’s expansion into the US market and growth in the home FR market, by defining the ideal customer profile, crafting an impactful narrative, and providing the strategic “fuel” (creative angles) for the acquisition team to generate high-quality leads.

1) Market Intelligence & ICP Definition

- Conduct discovery interviews with US prospects/experts

- Segment the US market into prioritized ICPs and detailed personas

- Refine and improve FR ICPs and segmentation knowledge

2) Messaging, Positioning & Copywriting

- Build or improve value propositions per ICP and per market (France / US)

- Write or oversee production of website copy, sales decks, one-pagers, and other social proof

- Create messaging frameworks usable by all teams

- Ensure clarity between features, benefits and business outcomes

3) GTM & Acquisition Strategy

- Translate product value into conversion-oriented hooks

- Develop distinct creative angles for LinkedIn & GoogleAds

- Work closely with paid acquisition manager on hypotheses and testing

- Support content team with sharp themes and narratives

- Brief the growth/creative teams on US-specific pain points

- Refresh the FR sales deck for the US-based outreach


Preferred experience

Ideal Profile

Excellent Communicator: Ability to write punchy, benefit-led copy in both English and French. Able to ask the key questions to gain key insights from interviews.

Analytical & Hands-on: Can extract insights from CRM data and customer interviews to build ICPs. Able to make it work on their own without much structure.

Bilingual: Culturally and linguistically fluent in both markets

International PMM Experience: Proven track record of taking a product from one region to another, or managing two regions already launched.

Strategic Agility: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot messaging based on early feedback
