At our Recommerce Solutions and Devices subsidiary in Romania, you’ll be part of our tech teams working on the development of an AI solution tailored to the refurbished tech devices industry.

🚀Your missions :

• Develop and train deep learning models (computer vision) to detect scratches and cracks on smartphones.

• Optimize AI models using a test & learn approach: data augmentation, fine-tuning, evaluation.

• Deploy models to production (using SageMaker, Docker, CI/CD) in collaboration with DevOps teams.

• Build an internal labeling tool for image annotation (simple UI to highlight defects).

• Monitor model performance (drift detection, maintenance, metrics tracking).

• Work closely with the AI Product Manager to align technical implementation with business needs.

• Act as the AI reference within the team, capable of explaining concepts, making technical decisions, and driving the roadmap.

👉About you :

• You already have a successful experience in building and deploying AI models

• Cloud & MLOps: AWS (SageMaker, Ground Truth), Docker, CI/CD, Git, model monitoring

• Programming: Python (expert level), REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask), Swagger/OpenAPI

• Machine Learning: Deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow), image processing (OpenCV, PIL)

• Computer Vision: Experience with defect detection, model training & optimization

• Data Handling: Preprocessing, feature engineering, dataset management, labeling workflows

• You are analytical, pragmatic, and creative in finding solutions

• You adapt quickly, you are curious, and comfortable with working with new tools

• You works closely with devs, labelers, product

• You are detail-oriented, cares about clean code and model performance
