Julien graduated from ISEP, a Parisian engineering school, and joined Rakuten-France after his studies 8 years ago.

He first integrated the mobile pole, before joining the team in charge of the functionalities related to user navigation, as Scrum Master, then manager. Since 2019, he also supervises from a technical point of view the team in charge of the site's referencing on search engines.

Laura graduated from business school and started her career at Ferrero France as an area manager. An adventure that will last 6 years.

Then, she turned to e-commerce and joined Rakuten France in 2018 as an ECC (e-commerce consultant) where she manages no less than 120 French and European BtoB accounts.

Her missions are on the one hand to support, advise and develop the turnover of merchants on a daily basis and on the other hand her missions are to negotiate exclusive offers with merchants according to seasonality and consumption trends. She will be celebrating her 3rd year at Rakuten in September.

Kevin completed a Master's Degree in Business School (SKEMA), and spent several months in the United States.

Kevin joined Rakuten in 2017 in the Merchandising department. His role ? Allow users and professionals to have the best experience on the website in order for them to gain visibility. After a few years of understanding the inner workings of digital marketing, Kevin progressed to the position of Head of Merchandising & Brand.

His motivation is to make Rakuten THE solution for all needs. With his team, he works on branding, UX, CVR (convertion rate) in order to make Rakuten one of the major players in e-commerce. Passionate about UX, curiosity and innovation are at the heart of Kevin and his team's projects in order to satisfy the visitor's navigation.

Eloïse completed a MBA in international business in a work-study training program as an assistant project manager. Over the next three and a half years she worked in a SAS startup and then at ManoMano as a customer relations specialist.

She joined Rakuten in 2020 as a project manager in the User Care team to put her project management skills at the service of customer relations.

Her daily work revolves around the overhaul of the internal tools used by the advisers.

She works closely with the development team, the quality department, and the product teams, to provide the best experience for advisors and Rakuten users.

While studying in a digital communication master's degree, it was thanks to two of his professors that he discovered the world of products. The effect was immediate and he quickly made his debut within SeLoger on several group's mobile applications.

After this first experience, it was at Rakuten that Maxime continued in 2020 his career as a product manager apps on the perimeter dedicated to private sellers. Thanks to the trust of his managers, he led several important projects, the most recent of which is a brand new instant messaging system. After a year and a half in this position, he continued on his path with the intention of offering the most effective tools possible to sales people.

Graduated from Polytech Paris-Saclay engineering school, Amirouche first worked as a Developer in a Parisian service company.

He then joined Rakuten France in 2014 as a developer in the team in charge of buyer-related features, such as the funnel, loyalty program and order tracking. He became manager of the Buyers team two years later.

Since 2018, he also supervises the team in charge of technical developments related to the security, performance and robustness of the platform.
