The main goal will be to define (adapt) our strategy and our decision-making to support significant growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide the future direction of data strategy and processes 📈

• Turn data and information into insights

• Improve and implement a data-driven culture 👩‍🏫

• Develop a strategic plan to optimize 🔝 self-service capabilities for internal users and customers

• Internal/external communication with various clients to ensure information

• Oversee the development, integration and support of internal and external applications/tools

• Strengthen cooperation with Business Units and Regional Managers of Rail Europe 🤝

• Implementation of business intelligence and analytics solutions

Qualifications:

🎓 Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics, an additional degree in Finance is a plus

💻 Solid experience as BI, BA or Data Science

📊 Knowledge of financial metrics and industry data sources

🏆 Excellent communication skills and proven leadership

🚀 Experienced manager and strong team spirit
