Role Overview
As a Hair Transplant Technician, you will assist surgeons in hair restoration procedures, manage graft extraction and implantation with high precision, and ensure optimal sterile conditions. You will also contribute to patient comfort, documentation accuracy and ongoing quality improvement.
Key responsibilities
Assist physicians during FUE Sapphire or DHI procedures
Handle graft extraction, preparation, and implantation with precision
Maintain sterile operating conditions and proper instrument management
Support patients during pre- and post-operative stages
Ensure accurate documentation and procedural compliance
Contribute to continuous improvement and medical excellence
Required profile
• 1 to 8 years of experience in hair transplantation (FUE or DHI)
• Excellent manual precision and attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive and technical work
• Patient-focused, reliable and team-oriented mindset
• Nursing degree appreciated but not mandatory
• English or French (min B1/B2 required)
