Your mission will be to imagine, implement and evaluate growth tactics that correspond to new offers, address new targets, or represent new business lines for Quitoque Belgium.
Our ambition is to offer alternatives to traditional food distribution models in order to revolutionize the way Belgians shop, cook and eat on a daily basis. New B to C, B to B, MLM channels, prescription via nutritionists, dedicated offers for young parents, for isolated people, we have a lot of new projects to build.

Your mission in detail :

You will work within the Growth Cluster and work directly to the Head of Growth. You will be supported by the Data team for data and modeling expertise. You will be in charge of :
The definition of growth channels (offer, target, orchestration of partners and activations, user paths, conversion),
The prioritization of these tactics according to their business potential and complexity,
Their implementation in collaboration with the Product, Tech, and Operations teams,
The evaluation of their performance.

You are the one we need.

You are a graduate of a recognized academic institution (universities, business schools, engineering schools, digital/web schools) and you have significant experience in a digital start-up or on an intrapreneurship project,
You have a very good web culture in general,
You have a very good knowledge of online and offline acquisition best practices as well as a very good command of reporting and optimization tools to manage the performance of all acquisition channels,
You are rigorous, methodical and have a real sense of organization,
You are independent, creative, analytical, and have good business acumen,
You are fluent in either french or dutch
You love good food.
