Overview
The QuantStack team is mostly composed of open-source developers and maintainers.

Most of the work is done in collaboration with the community of contributors and users of the projects that we contribute to. Projects developed at QuantStack are generally large international collaborations involving multiple stakeholders in the industry, in academia, as well as individual contributors.

The major part of our work is done in the open, from the preparation of the roadmap to its implementation - according to the governance of the relevant open-source projects. Millions of end-users are directly impacted by the changes we make to the open-source software maintained by QuantStack contributors.

"What I can say is qualitatively different about QuantStack is that almost everything we produce is open-source software that ultimately we give away. And we give it away under permissive licenses to allow users and other companies and other organizations to do anything they want with it. And to me, this is fundamentally contributing to the common good, and it is something that I am very proud of."
