Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager – Data & Integration to support the growth and operational excellence of the Impress Distribute Platform. This role sits at the heart of our global production ecosystem—ensuring data integrity, performance, and seamless integration across systems, platforms, and regions.

You’ll manage the Global Digital Database (Oracle), maintain and optimize PL/SQL procedures, and collaborate across R&D, product, partners, and production centers. You’ll also work on system automation, data quality, integration (Informatica Cloud, SAP), and provide technical support to internal teams.

  • Operate and oversee the Global Digital Database used by our Impress Distribute Platform.

  • Run daily and monthly data integrity checks and performance diagnostics.

  • Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and optimized queries.

  • Proactively propose improvements to ensure performance, scalability, and automation.

  • Work with R&D teams, software vendors, and production centers to resolve issues and evolve the system.

  • Collaborate with functional teams to align business needs with data architecture.

  • Ensure proper maintenance and version control of Oracle-based systems.

  • Participate in testing and validation during development cycles.

  • Provide technical support to users and business teams across multiple regions.

Preferred experience

  • Strong technical experience in Oracle databases and PL/SQL programming.

  • Expertise in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems, particularly SAP.

  • Experience with ETL tools and Informatica Cloud (e.g., Mapping, Task Flow, Business Service integration).

  • Knowledge of integration APIs and automation concepts.

  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Hive, and Python is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in international and agile teams.

Knowledge gaps can be filled. Even if you don’t satisfy every single requirement or meet every qualification listed, we still want to hear from you.
