Job Description

Als Field Service Engineer Jij bent dé specialist die ervoor zorgt dat onze apparatuur optimaal functioneert. 
Van installatie tot onderhoud en snelle probleemoplossing: jij staat klaar om storingen te 
verhelpen, apparatuur te finetunen en klanten te ondersteunen met jouw technische 
knowhow. Dit maakt jou een belangrijke schakel in onze service en klanttevredenheid.
Daarnaast draag je bij aan het verbeteren van de technische kennis binnen het team 
door trainingen en ondersteuning te bieden aan collega’s.

uw taken:

• Installeren, onderhouden en repareren van document verwerkende - en grafische apparatuur bij klanten, zodat zij probleemloos kunnen werken.
• Diagnoses stellen en storingen oplossen met jouw technische inzicht en analytische vaardigheden.
•  Klanten adviseren en ondersteunen bij technische vragen en optimalisaties.
•  Samenwerken met collega’s om de service en technische ondersteuning naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Jow Profiel:

• Een afgeronde technische opleiding in Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of eenvergelijkbare richting (MBO-4/HBO).
• Ervaring met computer
• Sterk in technische probleemoplossing en analytisch denkvermogen
• Affiniteit met printing – ervaring is een pluspunt.
• Klantgericht en communicatief vaardig – jij begrijpt wat onze klanten nodig hebben en vertaalt dit naar oplossingen
• Zelfstandig en stressbestendig, met een hands-on mentaliteit.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands, met een goed begrip van het Engels.
