We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Solutions Specialist to support the design and development of innovative software solutions. This role works closely with both internal teams and external clients to translate business needs into practical and scalable technology solutions.
You will play a key role in supporting the DS product portfolio, including shipping, tracking, and Impress solutions, while collaborating with sales, development, and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of software solutions under close supervision.
Collaborate with the Sales team to identify client needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Outline project objectives, technical requirements, schedules, deliverables, and cost estimates.
Work closely with clients and development teams to recommend effective solutions.
Provide direct support during client meetings and presentations.
Present proposed solutions to clients for validation and continuous improvement.
Support the management and enhancement of the DS product portfolio, including:
Shipping solutions
Tracking systems
Impress solutions
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose enhanced and innovative solutions.
Ensure solutions align with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong understanding of software development principles and solution design.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Development, Clients).
Knowledge of shipping, tracking, or document automation solutions is an asset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
