Remote/Hybrid – North America (Toronto or Boston preferred)
Quadient is seeking a high‑impact Director of Digital Sales Development, to lead our SDR organization, overseeing managers and frontline teams driving pipeline across inbound and outbound channels. In this first- and second-line leadership role, you’ll own pipeline performance for our CCM and Financial Automation portfolios. Optimizing inbound conversion in partnership with Marketing while building a scalable, predictable outbound engine.
We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on leader with deep outbound expertise, a track record of pipeline growth, and the ability to build accountable, high‑performing teams. You embody Quadient’s EPIC values, communicate with clarity, collaborate seamlessly across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and bring a data‑driven approach to evolving modern prospecting motions, including AI‑supported strategies to drive focus, efficiency, and execution.
