We’re looking for a Senior Product Lead / Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of product strategy and execution at Qomon as we enter our next phase of growth.
You’ll work closely with the Leadership Team, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to lead discovery, prioritize roadmap decisions, and ensure a consistent, high-impact timely delivery of our product.
Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
Own the full product lifecycle: from strategy to execution, discovery to delivery.
Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company priorities.
Structure and evolve product rituals and processes.
Organize development cycles (4 weeks), prioritize projects, follow updates and statuses, unblock when delivery is stuck.
Discovery & Execution
Conduct research and analysis to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
Write specs, lead feature scoping, and work closely with engineering and design to ship impactful solutions.
Balance innovation, quality, and speed of execution.
Collaboration with Design & Engineering
Collaborate daily with our two product designers to uphold high UX standards and design consistency.
Work closely with a strong in-house dev team (15+ people) to deliver reliable and scalable products.
Cross-functional Alignment
Work with Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align product development with go-to-market, support, and growth goals.
Partner with Product Marketing on feature launches and user communications.

7+ years in Product Management, ideally in SaaS or platform environments.
Demonstrated success leading product strategy and shipping features that deliver real impact.
Comfortable working with mobile and web products, and across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, especially with international growth, is highly valued.
Strong project management skills (Agile frameworks, project management tools such as Linear or JIRA).
Data savvyness: comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, funnel data, and using analytics to inform prioritization and iteration.
Strong product discovery skills (user research, hypothesis testing, data analysis).
Clear communication and stakeholder management.
English fluency is required (French is a plus).
Bonus: Familiarity with civic tech, nonprofit platforms, or working with designers and engineers in-house.
