Job description

About Qevlar AI

Qevlar is a B2B SaaS startup that strives to massively increase the productivity of cybersecurity teams. We develop AI Cybersecurity Analysts that augment Security Operations Centers (SOCs). Since our creation 2 years ago, we have:

  • Raised €14 million in seed funding led by EQT Ventures and Forgepoint Capital

  • Been incubated both by Microsoft (genAI studio) and Meta (AI program)

  • Deployed our solution to Global 500 companies and leading MSSPs in EMEA and NA (Equans, Nomios, Globalconnect, Almond)

We’re now hiring a Head of Partnerships to build and scale Qevlar’s global ecosystem across MSSPs, technology alliances, and cloud providers.

What will you do

As Head of Partnerships, you will design and execute Qevlar’s partnership ecosystem from the ground up. You’ll define partner strategy, strengthen MSSP and technology relationships, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, integrations, and revenue impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

Partner Strategy & Prioritization

  • Build a clear partnership framework to determine which partners matter, why, and in what order

  • Segment and prioritize the ecosystem: MSSPs, MDRs, SIEM/XDR/EDR/SOAR alliances, and cloud providers

  • Focus on deep, repeatable adoption rather than superficial relationships

MSSP & MDR Growth

  • Build the MSSP partnership motion end-to-end: onboarding → enablement → service packaging → GTM → expansion

  • Enable partners to successfully operationalize Qevlar inside production SOCs

  • Support partners in scaling Qevlar-based services

Technology Alliances

  • Manage relationships with SIEM, XDR, EDR, and SOAR vendors

  • Develop joint value propositions, reference architectures, and integration narratives

  • Support co-marketing, partner GTM activities, and shared customer opportunities

  • Work closely with Product to prioritize integrations based on customer and market impact

Cloud Providers (GCP, Azure, AWS)

  • Build the foundation for co-sell motions with cloud security teams

  • Lead marketplace listing strategy and execution

  • Position Qevlar within cloud security ecosystems and drive joint opportunity development

Partner Enablement & Revenue Impact

  • Build and own the partner enablement program (training, certification, sales collateral, demo flows)

  • Define success metrics: sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, partner-led POVs, partner adoption

  • Track partner performance and implement continuous improvement mechanisms

Internal Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Align with Sales, Marketing, and Product on partner priorities and execution

  • Bring structure and governance to partner operations (reporting, QBRs, partner dashboards)

  • Serve as the internal voice of partners — capturing ecosystem challenges, insights, and opportunities

Who you are

We’re seeking someone who can balance strategic clarity with hands-on execution, bringing structure, focus, and repeatability to our partner ecosystem in a fast-scaling environment.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in Partnerships, Alliances, or Channel roles at a cybersecurity or MSSP/MDR vendor

  • Proven track record building partner motions in a scaling company

  • Strong exposure to MSSPs and/or SIEM/XDR ecosystems

  • Experience with cloud provider programs is a strong plus

  • Strong understanding of SOC operations and security toolchains

  • Excellent communication skills across technical, business, and executive stakeholders

  • Ability to build partner programs from scratch and scale them predictably

  • Operates well in Series A–style environments: high initiative, high accountability

Bonus points

  • You’ve built partnerships that directly drove revenue

  • You balance strategy with execution — ecosystem design and operational build-out

  • You understand MSSP economics, constraints, and delivery models

Why join us

  • Work on meaningful problems with real-world impact in cybersecurity

  • A high-impact leadership role where you directly shape Qevlar’s ecosystem and GTM strategy

  • Help build a product that’s making waves at the intersection of AI and security

  • A culture built on autonomy, ownership, speed, and creativity

  • Opportunity for equity and early ownership

  • Flexibility on location — remote-friendly or join us in our beautiful Paris 9th arrondissement office

  • If you’re excited about building high-leverage partnerships in the most transformative moment for AI in cybersecurity, we’d love to hear from you.
