We are looking for a passionate Solution Engineer to join our team in Paris.

Your role

As a member of the Engineering Team, alongside our technical experts, your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with project managers to conduct in-depth client discovery calls, identifying pain points and opportunities for process improvement

• Collaborating with the development and product teams to understand technical feasibility and propose solutions that meet complex client requirements

• Testing the performance of the installed system

• Providing post-installation follow-ups

• Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations

• Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields

• 5+ years of experience in the field of software and data engineering

• Previous work experience as a solution engineer

• Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS solutions and their implementation

• Experience with API integrations and data migration

• Proficiency in technical documentation and solution design

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to create big-picture software solutions

• Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way and attention to detail

• Fluency in English (Both Verbal and written). French and any additional languages are a plus
