We are looking for a passionate Fullstack Engineer – Frontend Specialist to join our team in Paris.

You will play a crucial role in leading the development of our application frontend as we aim to grow and scale. It involves guiding development practices, overseeing complex projects, and implementing robust solutions to enhance our software capabilities.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable frontend architecture.

• Building responsive and high-performance user interfaces

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate UX/UI designs into code, adopting a pixel-perfect mindset.

• Develop robust tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code

• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting

• Actively review, debug, and optimize existing code, ensuring application structure, simplicity, and performance are prioritized.

• Perform validation and verification testing to ensure reliability and quality.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products across the stack.

• Document development phases and monitor system health.

• Ensure our software is up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies.

Our Stack

• Frontend: React, AntD, Tanstack suite, TypeScript

• Backend: FastAPI, Airflow, Kafka, Docker

• Infra: K8s, ArgoCD, Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry

What are we looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on frontend and user interface development. We’re looking for someone who not only executes tasks effectively but also challenges ideas, proposes better solutions, and contributes thoughtfully to technical and product decisions.

• Advanced knowledge of React and its ecosystem (hooks, state management, etc.).

• Strong experience in turning prototypes (e.g., Figma projects) into reactive, usable user interfaces with an emphasis on attention to detail and a pixel-perfect result.

• Significant programming experience across the full development cycle.

• Basic knowledge of backend web development frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask, Node.js) and an understanding of how to design and integrate with APIs.

• Proven track record in software engineering projects involving collaboration with internal or external clients.

• You value code simplicity, performance, and details and enjoy partnering with other engineers to solve difficult problems.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required. French and any additional languages are a strong plus.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in a cloud-native or multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Experience turning Figma projects into usable apps

• You are familiar with running large scale distributed compute/storage tools in production, (Kubernetes, Postgres, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis).
