Join our high-performing Inside Sales team to fuel our expansion across the Swiss market by driving a full-cycle sales motion for a dedicated territory. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our emerging customer base, engaging prospects to understand their critical business challenges and positioning our cutting-edge data solutions. This is an outcome-focused role perfect for a self-starter ready to build a strong foundation for a career in enterprise sales through consistent quota attainment and direct collaboration with our Field Sales and Channel Partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive Account Growth & New Business: Independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing mid-size deals within your assigned territory.
Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly revenue quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) by effectively managing your pipeline in our CRM system.
Consultative Solution Selling: Conduct thorough discovery calls and virtual demonstrations to articulate the business value of our products, tailoring proposals to address specific customer pain points around data storage and IT modernization.
Strengthen Partner Ecosystem: Collaborate closely with our Channel Partners and the wider Field Sales team to align on account strategies, ensuring smooth handoffs for larger opportunities and maximizing market coverage.
Maintain Sales Excellence: Ensure data integrity within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) by meticulously tracking all sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasting future opportunities with precision.
WHAT YOU BRING
Fluent Language Skills: Professional fluency in Swiss German, French and English is essential.
Proven Sales Acumen: A demonstrated track record of independently managing a full sales cycle in a high-velocity environment and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
Technical Consultative Skills: The ability to rapidly learn complex technology concepts (e.g., cloud computing, data center architecture, flash storage) and translate technical features into clear, compelling business value propositions.
Pipeline and Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage a high volume of activities (calls, emails, virtual meetings), and maintain an accurate, robust sales pipeline.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Zurich, Switzerland office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
