THE ROLE

As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll shape how Pure tells its value story across the customer lifecycle: from first proposal to ongoing value proof. You’ll lead design for Pure Realize and Pure Value Review, two tightly connected products used daily by system engineers and customers worldwide. This role blends hands-on product design, usability validation, and AI-powered workflow thinking, with real influence on product direction and quality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own end-to-end product design for Pure Realize and PVR, spanning new product development, ongoing feature evolution, and shared workflows across the sales and post-sales lifecycle.
• Design intuitive, high-quality micro-site experiences that help sales move faster by turning complex data, recommendations, and pricing logic into clear, customer-facing proposals and value reviews.
• Communicate design solutions through wireframes, mocks, storyboards, and interactive prototypes, clearly explaining vision, rationale, and user impact.
• Independently plan and run usability testing and other research activities to gain insights, validate design approaches, and translate findings into concrete design improvements.
• Maintain and raise design quality by collaborating in design critiques, contributing to the Figma design system, and partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver AI-driven workflows at scale.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong interaction design and systems thinking, with the ability to design clear, user-centered workflows for complex, data-driven products.
• A strong modern visual design skill set, with experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or cloud-based software across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Hands-on experience using Figma for design and prototyping, working within and contributing to shared design systems.
• Ability to independently plan and run usability tests, synthesize findings, and turn insights into practical design improvements.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• You take feedback well, explain your decisions clearly, and bring a self-starter mindset to your work.
