THE ROLE The Partner Enablement Learning Solutions Architect is a critical bridge between product innovation and global partner performance, ensuring our indirect sales channel is ready to monetize next-generation solutions. You will design the strategic architecture for all technical and sales certification paths, directly influencing the revenue-generating capabilities of our partner ecosystem. This high-impact, individual contributor role requires mastery in instructional design and deep technical acumen to transform complex knowledge into scalable, measurable learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the Partner Organization worldwide.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Architect Global Learning Roadmaps: Strategically design the end-to-end framework and learning journeys for major product and solution launches, ensuring content pathways align with critical business outcomes and global partner competency requirements.
Translate Technical Expertise to Actionable Learning: Lead complex discovery sessions with SMEs to extract core technical and sales concepts, translating raw knowledge into precise, measurable learning objectives and development blueprints for various partner personas (Sales, SEs, Consultants, MSPs).
Drive Scalability and Velocity: Implement standardized content taxonomy, modular structures, and delivery formats to accelerate the creation and localization of enablement materials, increasing the speed at which partners achieve technical and sales readiness.
Pioneer Innovative Learning Modalities: Champion the evaluation and integration of emerging instructional technologies, such as AI-assisted content structuring, scenario-based learning, and hands-on lab experiences, to enhance learning impact and engagement.
WHAT YOU BRING
Expert-Level Learning Architecture: Proven ability to architect and design complex, outcome-focused learning programs for a high-tech, global indirect sales and technical partner audience.
Deep Domain Expertise: Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, particularly modern data management, storage, cloud, virtualization, and subscription-based service models.
Strategic Blueprinting & Scoping: Demonstrated success in structuring raw technical information into detailed instructional design documents and clear specifications that guide content development teams.
Exceptional Cross-Functional Influence: Highly developed collaboration and communication skills, effectively building consensus and driving content strategy across disparate organizations (Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing).
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
