THE ROLE
Join us as a Partner Account Manager for the Netherlands, where you’ll be the driving force behind our reseller channel success in this vital region. You will recruit, develop, and manage key reseller partnerships to significantly grow our market share. This strategic role requires expert collaboration with our Regional Sales Directors, Account Executives, and Marketing teams to design and execute high-impact sales strategies and programs. Your mission is to maximize the sell-through of Pure Storage products and secure our partners' long-term commitment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and execute strategic partner growth: Create, champion, and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize reseller sell-through, translating partnership potential into significant revenue growth and market expansion for Pure Storage.
Drive complex business development: Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective resellers, taking ownership of the full partner lifecycle, including contract negotiations and the definition and execution of joint sales plans.
Accelerate sales and readiness: Aggressively drive partner performance by managing sales best practices, coordinating comprehensive product training, and providing high-level support to maximize their total partnership potential.
Spearhead market programs and intelligence: Collaborate closely with Channel and Field Marketing to design and execute programs and events that extend relationships to new prospects, while keeping abreast of competitive issues and products to inform tactical decisions.
Manage operational excellence: Oversee the accuracy and timely status of sales orders and effectively communicate new product offerings to partners, ensuring a seamless and high-quality partner experience.
WHAT YOU BRING
Advanced Channel Management Expertise: Proven, wide-ranging experience developing and growing complex Reseller and Alliance Channels, utilizing professional concepts to resolve complex partner issues in creative and effective ways.
Strategic Sales Acumen: The ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a geographic territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency, coupled with a deep understanding of sales best practices, training, and support.
Industry and Product Knowledge: Expert-level knowledge of the storage industry, specifically Fibre Channel, NFS, and Enterprise Storage architectures, enabling you to introduce and position new, strategic products.
Influence and Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills required to change thinking, gain acceptance from partners, and potentially coordinate the activities of other personnel.
Location Requirement: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Netherlands office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
