THE ROLE

As a Collaboration Services Engineer, you will be a key player on our Collaboration Services team in Prague, helping to shape the digital workplace experience for Pure Storage. You will be instrumental in the support, maintenance, and advancement of our core collaboration platforms, including Glean, DocuSign, Adobe, Slack, and Google Workspace. This role is a unique opportunity to directly impact how our global teams work together, leveraging cutting-edge tools and automation to solve complex business challenges and drive efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support and enhance our collaboration technology stack, providing expert assistance and troubleshooting for platforms like Glean, Google Workspace, and Slack to ensure seamless and effective user experiences.
  • Innovate with automation, designing and optimizing no-code and low-code workflows using tools like Google AppSheet and Google AppScript to streamline business processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrations, collaborating with development teams to build and support connectors, particularly for platforms like Glean, to accelerate new development and ensure solution stability.
  • Contribute to platform evolution, assisting with quality assurance and technical support for ongoing integration projects, such as the transition from DocuSign to Adobe.
  • Ensure a secure collaboration environment by designing, documenting, and implementing security architectures for workflows and solutions, protecting our company's data and assets.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A full understanding of collaboration platforms and the ability to apply this knowledge to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Experience in the development and integration of solutions, with a strong focus on no-code and low-code automation tools like AppSheet and AppScript, and the ability to work with development teams to support complex integration projects.
  • Demonstrated skill in security diagramming and technical documentation, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • The ability to work independently on day-to-day tasks and receive general instructions on new assignments, with a talent for networking with senior personnel in your area of expertise.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
