What you’ll do

• Contribute in defining the relevant Cloud Architecture for Aqemia.
• Lead the implementation of the relevant Cloud Architecture for Aqemia.
• Migrate all Aqemia Cloud Infrastructure to infra as code.
• Be the go-to person for Cloud Architecture topics and expertise.
• Contribute to engineering teams architecture and stack decisions process.
• Put in place the right level of monitoring of Aqemia’s Cloud Infrastructure.
• Define and implement Cloud key security measures.
• Contribute to setting up the relevant Cloud Network.
• Help engineering teams in designing and setting the relevant cloud resources for their projects.

Your profile

4+ years of experience as a Cloud Architect, SRE or DevOps.
2+ years of experience in managing a Cloud infrastructure used by 30+ engineers.
In depth knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and products (AWS, other cloud experience is a plus).
Good knowledge of AWS Services, such as EKS, Batch, SQS.
You are experienced finding the right balance between quality and fast iterations.
Good understanding of networking: TCP/IP, IP addresses, HTTP, DNS.
Fluent in object-oriented language development (ideally python).
Strong experience in infrastructure-as-code techniques (ideally Terraform).
Experience leading and delivering technical projects from start to finish.
You know how to interact with technical stakeholders.
You have a high-level understanding of cloud key security concepts.
In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, K8s administration.
Experience in Data Engineering and/or in backend engineering would be a plus.
Knowledge ML Ops would be appreciated.
