Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Chef de Produit pour rejoindre notre équipe Innovation & Brand Marketing et nous aider à développer notre portefeuille de produits. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Chefs de Produit et contribuerez au suivi de l'ensemble du processus de développement produit, ainsi qu'à la stratégie d'activation 360° en collaboration avec d'autres départements (R&D, Data Science, Social, Growth, Ops, etc.) pour assurer la forte croissance de la marque.

 

Missions :

  • Réalisation d’études ad hoc et actualisation de l’étude de la concurrence et du marché (veille concurrentielle, positionnements prix, tendances, claims…) pour nourrir les concepts et contribuer aux lancements

  • Aide à la préparation des lancements produits (formule, packaging…) en collaboration avec les différentes équipes internes et externes (laboratoire R&D à Paris, usine aux US...) pour assurer le succès des lancements et l'alignement avec la stratégie marketing

  • Organisation et pilotage des tests consommateurs des innovations futures

  • Contribution à la réalisation de campagnes marketing 360° et de supports de communication

 

Profil recherché :

  • Actuellement en formation supérieure Bac +5 (Ecole de Commerce, Université…), vous avez une première expérience en Marketing, idéalement dans l’univers cosmétique

  • Vous avez un esprit créatif et une sensibilité à l’univers des cosmétiques et du digital 

  • Vous disposez d’un sens de la rigueur, de l’organisation et de l’esprit d’équipe

  • Français et Anglais (écrit et oral) courants requis

  • Convention de stage obligatoire

Lieu : Paris 2ème
