We are seeking a Paid Media Expert who is results‑driven and experienced to join our fast‑growing international team in New York for a 12‑month VIE assignment (that can be renewed once for the same period). You will manage a portfolio of high‑end, global clients and be responsible for delivering expert‑level consulting services: designing, executing and optimizing sophisticated paid‑media strategies. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the paid‑media ecosystem, a proven track record of driving significant ROI for clients, and exceptional client‑relationship management skills.
💥Key Responsabilities
Strategic Consulting
Act as a trusted advisor: translate clients’ business objectives into advanced multi‑channel paid‑media strategies.
Design tailored roadmaps including tactical execution plans, budget allocation, and KPI frameworks.
Collaborate with SEO, creative, and data teams to deliver integrated, performance‑driven solutions.
Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to provide forward‑thinking recommendations.
High‑end Client Relationship Management
Manage a portfolio of enterprise‑level and high‑growth clients
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with senior‑level client stakeholders.
Conduct regular client check‑ins and business reviews to discuss performance and identify areas for improvement.
Campaign Management & Optimization
Oversee end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic, native advertising).
Drive sophisticated targeting, bidding and segmentation strategies.
Leverage advanced analytics (with support from our Data team) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

📈 Qualifications :
Graduate from a top school.
0‑2 years of professional experience — ideally with scale‑up and enterprise‑level clients
Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken), confident in an international context
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and other major paid‑media platforms
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and draw actionable conclusions.
