Job description

Primelis is hiring an Amazon Account Manager to drive the performance of ambitious brands on Amazon using the OmnyAI solution.

Since its launch in 2023, OmnyAI has helped over 50 brands accelerate their growth on Amazon (+47% average annual growth) while significantly reducing their operational workload.

As part of our strong growth, we are looking for an Amazon Account Manager to strengthen our Operations team. You will be on the front lines to grow a portfolio of strategic clients and leverage OmnyAI to maximize their performance on Amazon.

Your Responsibilities

🎯 Strategic Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of premium brands and drive their growth on Amazon using OmnyAI’s automation tools.

  • Understand clients’ business challenges and define tailored e-commerce strategies.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and propose high-value action plans.

  • Perform ad hoc analyses on sales, content, advertising, pricing, and logistics.

📈 Advertising Strategy and Management

  • Define clients’ Amazon Ads strategy (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP).

  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns through OmnyAI, leveraging the platform’s AI features.

  • Fine-tune automated decisions to ensure relevance and improve performance.

  • Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and recommend concrete optimizations.

🚀 Client Development & Operational Excellence

  • Activate the right levers to maximize performance (product listing optimization, enhanced content, logistics, pricing, advertising).

  • Ensure product availability across all Amazon marketplaces.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term trusted relationships.

  • Contribute to the evolution of OmnyAI by sharing client feedback with the Product team.

🧠 Management & Collaboration

  • Mentor and support junior team members’ skill development.

  • Serve as a key reference point for solving complex issues.


Preferred experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in account management within e-commerce, consulting, or a SaaS environment, with a genuine interest in Amazon/marketplaces.

  • Strong analytical skills, performance-oriented mindset, and a customer service focus.

  • Good command of digital advertising and e-commerce mechanics.

  • You enjoy working in a fast-growing environment, structuring processes, and making a tangible impact.

  • Fluent English required (international client portfolio).
