About the role

We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer who is passionate about designing and building robust software solutions with quality in mind.

You have a track record of leading successful and impactful technical and product initiatives across the business.

Your deep technical expertise primarily resides in backend engineering domains. Your strong technical leadership and communication skills mean that you are confident leading all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design/architecture, execution, deployment and maintenance alongside Engineering managers and tech leads.

Your high quality work creates significant and lasting impact on the business and engineering goals, as you consistently support the growth and success of the engineering organisation.

Your outlook involves contribution to the strategic vision with a 1-2 year horizon.
