As Supply Quality Manager, you will:

1. Empower teams to make data-driven decisions when it comes to data quality.

• Oversee and continuously improve an agile escalation process to swiftly address and resolve data quality concerns.

• Maintain multi-channel data quality dashboards to provide actionable insights and ensure transparency.

• Analyze the performance of our data cleaning process to provide actionable insights to improve it.

2. Strengthen Trusted Partners’ Data Quality.

• Collaborate with the partnership team and directly with the partners to adapt processes (on their side, on our side, and in how we work together) to maximize the data quality we receive from them.

• Collaborate with the partnership team to discover new premium B2B sample providers.

3. Strengthen Internal sources’ Data Quality.

• Design and implement proprietary quality checks for Potloc’s online panel, ensuring it ranks among the industry’s best.

• Leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to combat fraud and enhance our data-cleaning process.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply, and Operations to implement and refine advanced quality measures.

4. Promote high quality standard in the company and the industry

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower client-facing teams with supply quality expertise.

• Contribute in Potloc’s commitment to the collective improvement of data quality across the industry.

• 3-5 years of Experience in ‘ResTech’, specifically within a ‘Supply Quality” function.

• Growth mindset and winning mentality.

• Analytical approach to how you work.

• Strong knowledge of data collection methods/audiences and respondent acquisition.

• Strong knowledge in fieldwork quality controls (pre-survey, in-survey, post survey) and in panel-related quality checks (pre & post registration)

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability to navigate through changes and challenges.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Fluent proficiency in English, French is a plus.
