After an engineering degree from CESI and 2 years spent in IT consulting, Lilian joins Port Cities France in January 2022 as an ERP Consultant to support the growth of this subsidiary. His main responsibility is to propose a customized integrated management software solution according to a scope defined with the customer. In order to make the right diagnosis, he relies on the management tools currently used, the company's specifications and highlights the best way to achieve its objective.

With excellent interpersonal skills, he/she is able to engage in dialogue with the key contact at the customer's premises. He or she draws up detailed functional specification sheets in order to successfully guide the developers in their work. His ability to analyze and synthesize enables him to find the best possible management recipe. Lilian is always up for a game of chess or to photograph the sunsets of the city of Marseille.

Graduated from an engineering and business school, Nicolas Grill started his career in Business Intelligence and then as an AMOA consultant on CRM and Marketing type projects. In 2017 he decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure in Singapore where he met Port-Cities in 2019. After successful collaborations, he decides to be part of the Port-Cities adventure and to take charge of the creation of the Port-Cities branch in France. November 2021 is the start of a big challenge to address the local and European market with a motivated team.

Nicolas is pragmatic, determined and open to new experiences. For leisure, his heart regularly wavers between many activities: dinners/apéro with friends, reading, board games, sports sessions, discovery of amazing exhibitions and travel. One constant, he loves the pleasures of the table and conviviality.

Frank is passionate about computers, sports, cars and has always been interested in numbers. In 2014, he decided to go into the accounting and management field. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree, he joined a Master's degree specialized in accounting and management doing a work-study in an accounting firm. His goal is to become an Administrative and Financial Director.

As the months went by, he realized that the vision he had of his professional future did not correspond to his current situation. He then decided to reorient himself and enter a business school. In 2019, he joined the benches of Kedge Business School by following the courses of the Msc Marketing & Brand Management. This program allows him to discover project management and the world of startups through various internships.

With his analytical mind and his knowledge in management, Frank decided to reconcile his work with his passions integrating the IT sector.

Following his end-of-study internship in a Marseille-based start-up, Frank's ambition was to find a position related to project management, in the IT sector, in a human-sized company with a real consideration for its employees. After several interviews, Frank realized that a Project Manager position at Port Cities France would meet all his expectations.

After 10 years spent in Asia, Théo has a very international background. He passed his Baccalaureate at the French High School in Hong Kong. Then, he studied at Neoma Business School and UIBE (University of International Business and Economics) in Beijing, which he graduated in 2017.

Then, he joined Quintessentially company, a Luxury Lifestyle Management Service in Hong Kong.
After several years of experience in this industry, Theo decides to join Port Cities Indonesia (Jakarta) in 2019 as a Junior Project Manager. During the first months, he is trained for this job deploying the Odoo ERP in companies of the APAC area.

He quickly adopted the Port Cities methodology and the Odoo logic and quickly took charge of his first projects. In 2021, he joined Nicolas Grill, current Managing Director of PORT CITIES France, for the opening of the new subsidiary. Theo likes to keep a balance between his professional and private life. This is something he manages to do at Port Cities France in Marseille where he can pursue his various passions. He is an avid cook, a soccer fan on the field, in the stands and with the controller in hand, a seasoned diver and fisherman. In Marseille, Théo can enjoy the matches at the Velodrome, the sea and the local gastronomy.

Founded in 1997, Port Cities is an independent company created by passionate people. It is now present in 13 countries and is considered as a Pure Player in ERP integration.

With a team of more than 170 developers and project managers based around the world, the group has developed its know-how and its project methodology which allow it to be the largest Odoo integrator in the APAC region. It operates in more than 25 countries around the world.

In 2021, Port Cities has starts its development in Europe with the opening of Port Cities in France. At Port Cities, every stage of an IT project is addressed, from design to development to maintenance. All project teams are made up of people based all over the world, which encourages the value of autonomy. For this reason, Port Cities employees work mostly remotely.

In France, working conditions are flexible. They alternate between physical presence in the office and remote work.

A project with Port Cities lasts between 1 and 6 months (very fast in this kind of industry!) and an employee usually works on several projects at the same time.

Each project is a challenge for Port Cities because the company offers customized tools to its clients. The Port Cities France office is dedicated to managing IT projects in France and in Europe. For this purpose, we are looking for "Business Analyst" profiles who will later become "Project Manager". These profiles are chameleons. They must adapt to the organization and culture of the client company and manage the PORT CITIES group's teams of developers based in South East Asia or Central America.
