    PlayPlay is a B2B SaaS scale-up who is leading the video creation revolution in Europe.

    Our mission: to reinvent the way businesses do visual storytelling. How? By empowering in-house communication, marketing and HR teams create the most impactful type of content: video.

    Founded in 2017 in Paris, we are one of the most promising, up-and-coming European companies. In the span of one year, we grew exponentially from 50 to 150 employees and from 200 to 1,500 customers—including brands like Schneider Electric, Chanel, and the OECD.

    Job description

    Your mission is to position PlayPlay as a thought-leader in its category and help the Marketing team scale demand generation. How? Through unique, memorable, useful and entertaining content.

    Your scope of work includes Inbound Content, PR & Social Media strategy and execution. As Global Communication & Content Manager, you are responsible for creating synergies across our content collaterals and you ensure both innovation and consistency in our communication. You will lead our existing content Marketing team (4 people) and report directly to our Head of Marketing.

    Develop a global communication strategy

    • Gated content (e.g. webinars & ebooks): own the global content calendar & coordinate content creation from the research, to the writing and design. Organise content collaborations with strategic and influential partners. Recycle blog content into gated contents.
    • Blog management: collaborate with our SEO expert to drive the blog calendar and optimise our KPIs, coordinate copywriters. Recycle gated contents into blog posts.
    • Emailing: deliver the best content for newsletters (hot content & topical content) and leads nurturing (cold & automated emailing).
    • PR: choose the best PR agencies and lead public relations strategy, seeking high-level and regular placements in media (about new partnerships, integrations, product releases, company achievements…).
    • Social Media & community management: develop a distinctive social media strategy, anticipating trends and hot topics, posting fewer but distinctive content and engaging with our community.
    • Employer branding: elaborate an innovative content strategy to create brand awareness and preference through candidates.

    Preferred experience


    • You have a minimum of 7 years working in a high ranking position in the field of marketing/communications or as a Content Marketerin the SaaS tech ecosystem - preferably in an organization that has already scaled (We are at the stage where we need people to bring some processes and structure)
    • You are a creative person, able to find innovative content ideas continuously.
    • You know how to work on strategy while staying close to the reality of execution.
    • You have a strong culture when it comes to marketing, content and communication in general: you read the best-in-class books, you listen to podcasts and follow influencers.


    • You have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • You have a strong ability to multitask, organize and prioritize projects with excellent time management and a detail-oriented approach.
    • You have a proven track record in team leadership: building teams’ goals and make individuals thrive and grow.
    • If you have French native language and fluent English or the opposite.
