We’re looking for a Demand Generation Associate to join our NYC team and drive multi-channel campaign planning and execution, fueling revenue growth in North America. The ideal candidate is analytical, with experience using data to optimize lead-to-revenue processes and inform business decisions, as well as creative.

You will be a key member of the US Marketing team, reporting directly to the US Head of Marketing. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager in the US and collaborate extensively with the Global Marketing team based in Paris.

  • We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our NYC team and take the lead on planning and executing high-impact, multi-channel campaigns to drive revenue growth in North America. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can think big, execute fast, and optimize relentlessly.
  • You’ll report directly to the US Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with our Global Marketing team in Paris. You’ll also work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to drive pipeline and scale our demand generation engine across channels.

  • WHAT YOU’LL DO 💪

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution :
  • Lead the strategy and execution of full-funnel paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google.
  • Lead webinars and co-marketing initiatives with partners, influencers, and customers.
  • Test and scale new channels (e.g., ABM, referral programs) to diversify lead sources and improve CAC efficiency.
  • Build and optimize lead-nurturing programs that increase engagement and accelerate pipeline creation.
  • Sales Collaboration & Alignment
  • Own the collaboration with Sales to ensure seamless ****lead handoff, maximize follow-up effectiveness, and drive conversion across the funnel.
  • Lead the Sales x Marketing rhythm through regular campaign updates, shared performance reporting, sales enablement content, and ongoing alignment — acting as the go-to DemandGen partner for the Sales team.
  • Data, Reporting & Ops
  • Partner with our Marketing Ops teams to improve lead scoring, routing, attribution, and audience segmentation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into performance and ROI across programs.
  • Use data and insights to inform campaign optimization and strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  • WHAT YOU BRING 🎯

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing — ideally in a B2B SaaS and sales-led GTM environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and optimizing paid ads strategy (LinkedIn, Google), and driving pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns — including webinars, paid media, ABM, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, with experience in tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and ZoomInfo a plus.
  • A strategic mindset paired with strong executional skills — you’re equally comfortable building campaigns as you analyze and iterate on them.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
