Are you ready to take on a role that goes beyond traditional support? At Planon, you will do more than resolve tickets. You will help international clients and colleagues succeed by solving complex software challenges and contributing to long-term solutions.

As a Support Consultant, you will join an international team of over 30 professionals. You will be the first point of contact for our global network of partners, customers, and internal teams. Working closely with development, sales, and other departments, you will deliver smart and effective solutions.

What you will do
Support at Planon means taking ownership, being creative, and continuously improving. We help our B2B clients tackle both functional and technical challenges with our software. You will work on a wide variety of issues and grow your skills through hands-on experience and collaboration. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Take full ownership of support tickets from intake to resolution
  • Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues, escalating when needed
  • Collaborate with development and other teams to improve processes and customer experience
  • Support software installations and upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, ensuring SLA compliance

You are curious, solution-oriented, and eager to grow. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and you take pride in delivering high-quality support. You are not afraid to ask for help, and you actively contribute to improving how we work.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a support or service-related role.
  • Strong affinity with IT/software.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
  • Willingness to work from the Nijmegen office in our hybrid model.
