As our new Senior Account Manager in Salzburg, you will focus on farming, deepening trust and expanding value across an established portfolio of Planon Real Estate (COOR and Reaforce) customers in the DACH region. Reaforce is our resource planning tool that helps optimize capacity and improve productivity across projects.

Our Real Estate Solution combines these strengths with integrated tools for lease management, portfolio insights, and sustainability goals. Together, they make real estate operations smarter, compliant, and sustainable.

Your role

  • Own and nurture a portfolio of approximately 700 customers, from single-license users to enterprise accounts with 150 to 200 users
  • Strengthen relationships through proactive engagement, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop strategic account plans that align customer goals with our Real Estate Solution
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that demonstrate clear business value
  • Collaborate internally with sales colleagues, consultants, and support teams to provide tailored solutions
  • Stay ahead of market trends to anticipate customer needs and reinforce our position as a trusted partner

  • Proven experience in account management for complex software or real estate solutions (5 to 10 years preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English, confident communicator across cultures
  • Based in or near Salzburg, with flexibility for travel within DACH
  • A consultative mindset and commitment to long-term customer success
