What you’ll do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with strategic enterprise accounts in Switzerland.
  • Follow up on all generated leads, demo requests, and contact forms to maximize every opportunity.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets for each product category.
  • Represent Planon proactively at industry events, conferences, and on social media, expanding our reach in both existing and new market segments.
  • Manage your pipeline and deals according to approved pricing and contract terms, keeping everything up to date and accurate in Salesforce.

You have:

  • Swiss nationality or deep roots in Switzerland, with strong knowledge of the local market (Zurich area preferred)
  • Fluency in Swiss German (German and English required; French is a plus)
  • At least 5 years of successful new business software sales experience, ideally in facility/asset management or related sectors
  • A strong network and proven ability to build relationships with enterprise clients in Switzerland
  • A self-starter mindset: independent, ambitious, and eager to deliver results quickly as part of a collaborative team
