Sales Support Coordinator (International)

Join our Field Services department as a Sales Support Coordinator. Nijmegen - Are you an organized, proactive professional who loves to contribute to a smoothly running sales team and also help improve the way things are done? For our Field Services department, we’re looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who makes sure our Key Account Managers and New Business Sales Managers can focus on what they do best: serving customers and growing the business.

You’ll handle daily sales support tasks like managing quotes, coordinating customer information, organizing meetings, and ensuring our CRM is always up to date. You’ll also help us work smarter by improving processes, templates, and engagement programs.

Your impact
As our Sales Support Coordinator, you are the backbone of our sales team’s daily operations. You make sure information is clear, tasks are done on time, and customer requests get the right attention. You also help raise the bar by challenging old ways of working and suggesting improvements that make everyone’s life easier.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide daily sales support to Account Managers and New Business Sales: handling customer requests, preparing quotes, following up on proposals, and keeping our CRM (Salesforce) accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate meetings, demos, and communication between internal teams and external customers. Making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Support the preparation of RFPs, bids, and legal documents, ensuring they’re complete and well-structured.
  • Help organize engagement activities that strengthen customer relationships and internal collaboration.
  • Spot opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks, improve templates, and share ideas to make our sales support smarter and more efficient.

You love providing great support and you get energy from helping people work better together. You have a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and you know how to balance daily execution with improvements that benefit the whole team.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or sales coordination, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Communicates effectively and confidently with both internal stakeholders and demanding international clients.
  • Is used to working in a busy, multi-region or global sales environment.
  • Brings strong organizational skills and is comfortable managing CRM systems like Salesforce and sales documentation.
  • Speaks fluent English. Fluency in Dutch, German or French is a strong plus.
  • Enjoys working at our Nijmegen HQ with the flexibility to work from home part of the week.
