Planon North America is looking for key account managers to serve as client success executives to nurture and maintain excellent relationships with our clients in the U.S. and Canada. As a Key Account Manager, you will oversee all activity and communications with clients, proactively respond to client needs, advise and guide clients on their smart workplace technology journey, and serve as a resource for additional solutions that serve our clients’ best interests. You will be the first line of accountability for client satisfaction and growth.
The successful candidate for this position is a dynamic, independent thinker, who is able to understand our client’s business needs, anticipate client requirements, and provide swift resolution to any client issues or demands.
