The position

Job description

Join our Happiness dream team as a Customer Care Officer Spain to achieve a key mission in our ambition to provide the best user experience to our spanish customers.

What are we offering?

What is your key role?

On the shift from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm:

  • Interact on a daily basis with our customers (parents and teens) in a sharp and professional way (emails, social media, phone):

    • Support them in their onboarding, answer their questions
    • Find solutions to their issue(s), manage their possible complaints
    • Handle alerts (security, fraud, …) on their account
  • Identify, analyse and consolidate customer feedback to share with the other internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Product in particular)
  • Take on responsibility for our spanish FAQ & specific local processes
  • Promote the “Customer Happiness” culture within the company

Preferred experience

  • Language: you are spanish-native (you lived for years in Spain and you know the codes of the country) and speak fluently French or Italian ;

  • Communication skills: spelling is a religion for you and you have excellent written skills ;

  • Organizational skills: you are rigorous, multitasking and able to keep up with changing priorities under tight deadlines ;

  • Positive: you never give up, you remain caring and empathetic in all situations ;

  • Curious: you enjoy learning about new topics, even complex ones, and being able to explain them simply ;

  • Tech lover: your smartphone is an extension of yourself, you love new tech.
