An excellent opportunity as an international Project Manager has opened to join a growing team based in Paris, France. The ideal candidate will be responsible for SaaS project implementation and management for some of our esteemed small to medium clients throughout the world. The position will report to the Global Head of Pixid Customer Services.

Primary responsibilities:
• The project manager is responsible for the overall success of several simultaneous projects using the PIXID method during all phases of the project lifecycle:

• Project initialization
• Scope and frame the project
• Provide support for change management and deployment
• Set up the client’s PIXID environment
• Train users and update training programs
• Post-implementation follow up
• Possible implementation of a third party interface
  • Serve as the client’s main point of contact for all project phases and manage, in parallel, the support on certain points
  • Undertake functional and technical assistance
  • Give feedback regarding evolutions to help establish the product roadmap

Preferred experience and skills:
• University degree and at lease a junior level of full-time professional experience
• Native or near native level of the English language, additional languages are appreciated (especially French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese)
• Previous experience in one or more of the following areas would be a real plus: Temp employment / Human Resources / HRIS / HRMS / Recruitment / International environment
• Appreciation of customer relations and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to synthesize information and interpersonal skills that make you a reference for clients
• Curious, proactive, and rigorous
• Welcome teamwork and take on challenges
• Willing to travel occasionally (when health measures permit)
