At Pixid Group, we are strengthening our ESG/CSR team to support the operational implementation of our sustainability roadmap and compliance commitments.
As an ESG & CSR Intern, you will work closely with the ESG/CSR lead to drive key initiatives, from CSRD compliance to EcoVadis certification, while supporting transversal coordination across teams (HR, Finance, Product, IT), subsidiaries, and external stakeholders.
This role is designed for someone who wants to learn by doing, take ownership of concrete deliverables, and contribute to building Pixid’s ESG governance framework.
🔧 Specifically, you will contribute to the following missions:
Operational follow-up of the ESG roadmap: update action plans, track milestones, support prioritization of strategic projects.
CSRD & reporting: assist in data collection and consolidation, contribute to indicator monitoring, and support regulatory reporting deliverables.
EcoVadis & certification support: assist in preparation for assessments, track corrective action plans, contribute to continuous improvement.
Regulatory monitoring: stay up to date on evolving ESG legislation (CSRD, taxonomy, duty of vigilance, etc.) and translate obligations into concrete actions for Pixid.
Subsidiary support: accompany international teams in managing and standardizing customer ESG questionnaires responses.
Supplier ESG audits: help organize and follow up supplier evaluations, ensuring compliance with Pixid’s ESG standards.
Research & benchmarking: analyze ESG practices of clients and competitors, identify best practices, and propose actionable recommendations.
Cross-team coordination: organize progress meetings, follow up with contributors, and support transversal ESG initiatives.
Communication: create presentations, one-pagers, and infographics for internal stakeholders and external audiences.
You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program (M1 or M2) in ESG/CSR, sustainability, strategy, political science, or a business school specializing in sustainability.
You have previous internship or apprenticeship experience in CSR/ESG, ideally with exposure to CSRD or EcoVadis, and have started to turn ESG challenges into concrete drivers of value creation.
You understand legal and regulatory ESG obligations and are curious to stay up to date on new requirements.
You have strong organizational skills and can coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders, including subsidiaries and suppliers.
You are comfortable working with data, Excel, and reporting tools.
You have strong communication and writing skills.
You are Fluent French & English (C1+), written and spoken.
