What you’ll do

  • Support Account Executives on Pigment’s deals across /EMEA, by positioning yourself as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor. Provide deep competitive positioning, reference architecture, and value assessment.
  • Act as a passionate advocate for Pigment's EPM solution, showcasing their value-add, capabilities, and benefits to finance teams, business value & strategy groups based on relevant use-cases. 
  • Develop compelling messaging and presentations to effectively communicate Pigment's solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Engage with senior business leaders to understand their challenges, goals, and requirements. Leverage your deep industry knowledge and expertise to provide strategic advice and consultative support, demonstrating how Pigment's solutions can address their specific needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop effective enablement programs, training materials, and resources. Empower internal teams to effectively position and sell Pigment's EPM solutions by providing them with the necessary knowledge, tools, and guidance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers globally, including C-level executives, finance leaders, and FP&A teams. Conduct workshops, presentations, and executive briefings to showcase Pigment's solutions and value proposition, ensuring customers are aligned between Pigment's vision,roadmap and customer needs.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to expand Pigment's market presence and revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Who you are

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Saas industry with a strong focus on Supply Chain, Finance or FP&A, and business value & strategy.  Consulting experience is preferred.
  • Strong consulting skills, with the ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with customers at all levels, from end-users to C-level executives.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and drive initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.  
  • Willingness to travel globally/regionally as required to engage with customers and attend industry events.
