The opportunity 

Pigment has started to structure its Internal IT department and hired a Head of Internal IT reporting to the CISO. The IT team is now expanding in order to support more than 450 end users. 

This position consists in supporting and learning from the Head of Internal IT in the execution of the daily IT Run activities as well as some structuring projects from the department. 

This breadth of scope will allow Pigment to tailor this role according to the candidate’s existing experience and areas of interest. It’s a unique opportunity to learn from a seasoned IT professional and benefit from the mentorship of highly experienced coworkers and managers.

You will have several responsibilities including but not limited to:

- IT first-line ticket management for end-user support (software, hardware, and office services issues) in a in a timely manner

- IT complex issues troubleshooting, including coordination with external vendorsIT assets inventory, stock management, shipment when necessary

- Small physical repairs and upgrades on HardwareOffice operations (AV rooms, printers, desks setup, network, etc)

- Onboarding / offboarding management (laptop preparation, Onboarding sessions)

- Helpdesk reporting for continuous improvement

- Documentation for IT procedures and end-users guides

- Security reviews contribution

Job is based at the Paris office, full time presence.

This position offers significant growth opportunities within our organization especially in structuration and organization of Support Services in a fast paced global environment. 

The scope of this role is Internal IT at Pigment :

- Sites in Paris, London, Toronto and NYC 

- MacOS, Windows, Linux

- Google Workspace, Jumpcloud, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, Vanta, Hibob, etc

Who you are

- You are Tech savy and want to learn new skills

- You speak English fluently (French is not mandatory!)

- You have great oral and written communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Familiarity with helpdesk and ticketing systems

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
