This internship is different. Forget fetching coffee at a corporate giant where your work disappears into committee reviews. At Phagos, you won’t just support the social media strategy, you’ll help build our brand presence from the ground up. We’re a startup at a pivotal moment: we’ve just begun the world’s first large-scale deployment of phage therapy in animal farming…but almost nobody knows what phages are. That’s where you come in.
What You’ll Actually Do
Working directly with our Head of Communications, you’ll:
Shape our social media voice on LinkedIn (company page + founder profiles) to increase brand awareness, educate on phage therapy, and be thought leaders
Create content that actually matters: Design scroll-stopping carousels that explain complex science simply, shoot and edit videos with our scientists, or pitch vlogs with our farmers
Pitch & test new ideas: Want to try that weird content format you saw trending? Pitch it. We want to test and learn to find smart ways to stand out in a busy world.
The Real Perks (Beyond Free Coffee)
Hands-on mentorship: You’ll work closely with our Head of Communications with 8 years of experience working across FMCG, Luxury, and Deep Tech
International team & startup energy: Young, ambitious people from around the world working on something genuinely important
Room to experiment: B2B doesn’t mean boring. We want bold ideas, and you’ll get to pitch and test new approaches with guidance
Actual impact: Your work has the potential to shape company perception
You know your way around video (DaVinci Resolve/Adobe) and graphic design software (Adobe/Figma) needed to create professional content
You’re creative and strategic. It’s not just about making pretty posts, but understanding why they work
You’re excited by the challenge of making B2B content genuinely engaging
You’re fluent in English and currently pursuing/recently completed a Master’s in Communication, Marketing, or related field
You see “they’ve never heard of us” as an opportunity, not a problem
At Phagos we believe the recruitment process begins from the application. This is why we invite you to take your time and thoughtfully complete our application form.
Once we select your profile, we are committed to make sure you have a positive and seamless experience !
