Job description

Now is an exciting time to join Phagos Communications team. Now that we have exited stealth mode, we aim to educate and proactively craft the narrative around phage therapy - a little known field with life-saving potential as antibiotic resistance creates a global health crisis.

Working closely with our Head of Communications, you’ll have the opportunity to learn content strategy and storytelling from the ground up while contributing to our brand development. This role offers hands-on mentorship in a fast-growing biotech environment where your creative input will directly shape how we communicate breakthrough science to the world.

Your challenge? Create content that increases brand awareness of Phagos focused on LinkedIn (company page + cofounders) but including other channels.

🧩 Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Communications to develop your storytelling skills and explore formats for our social media and find our voice

  • Content production: You might design a LinkedIn carousel explaining phage therapy basics, script and shoot a talking head video with one of our scientists, or create a marketing flyer for an upcoming conference

  • Support strategic content development through analysis of trends, competitor research, and brand guideline evolution

Preferred experience

  • Proven skills in video production, graphic design (Figma), and copywriting

  • Creative mindset with interest in developing strategic storytelling abilities

  • Strong understanding of social media landscape and with ability to smartly apply your knowledge in a B2B biotech setting

  • Fully fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Master degree in Communication, marketing, or related field.
