We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner ! You will be based at The Docks, our office in Marseille.

As a Senior HR Business Partner reporting into the HR Director, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people and organizational performance in line with our business strategy. You will coach managers and employees to foster a high-performance, development-focused culture while contributing to key HR transformation initiatives and reinforcing our company culture across France.

You will work closely with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent & Learning, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, etc.) and business stakeholders to deliver impactful HR solutions, support change, and develop future-ready organizations.

Your key missions:

Strategic Partnership with Business Leaders

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers to support business performance through effective people management and organizational design.

  • Challenge and advise on organizational structures, skills needs, and strategic workforce planning.

  • Contribute to job grading, workforce discussions, and future budget planning.

Drive the HR Cycle

  • Partner with the business on all phases of the HR cycle (performance, talent, development, merit).

  • Train and support managers and employees on HR processes and tools (including Workday).

  • Ensure data accuracy and KPI tracking to support talent and performance management.

Lead Change and Talent Processes

  • Support organizational changes, new ways of working, and business transformations.

  • Partner with Centers of Excellence on recruitment, talent management, training, and compensation initiatives.

  • Drive a high-performance culture through performance management, succession planning, and development programs.

Employee Support & Development

  • Support employees throughout their lifecycle: onboarding, career development, performance reviews, performance improvement plans and exits.

  • Promote a feedback culture based on openness, trust, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide coaching and leadership feedback using company leadership attributes.

Promote Company Culture & Employer Brand

  • Ensure the employee experience reflects our company culture at every stage of the journey.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, partnerships, and EVP activation in France.

  • Support Sustainability & Responsibility initiatives, especially those focused on valuing people.

Champion transversal HR topics

  • Consolidate Talent & Performance calibrations & Strategic Talent Review for Pernod Ricard France.

  • Key contributor on key HR topics, ie. D&I Champion

  • Proactively suggests and manages HR projects to drive continuous improvement following iSay results.

  • Master’s degree

  • 5+ years in a HR Business Partner role partnering with senior stakeholders

  • FMCG background and international experience are a plus

  • Fluent in French & English

Key Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of labour law, learning and development cycles

  • Experience with company-wide HR tools and processes
