The position

Job description

The Pernod Ricard Prestige Acceleration oversees a central media budget dedicated to promoting Prestige Icons in key cities, in outdoor advertising and digital. The role of the media campaign coordinator is to support the Prestige Acceleration team bringing this transformative project for our Prestige portfolio to life: build annual strategy & plans, ensure successful campaign roll-out and contribute to the visibility of the project internally and externally.

The Prestige Acceleration team is currently looking for its next apprentice to join the team starting in September 2026.

Campaign strategy

  • Assist in developing annual strategy & plans: support brand & market combinations with strategic insights, align campaign timings with key market & cultural moments
  • Contribute to the annual digital strategy, from agency briefing to internal validation
  • Build compelling project materials to secure senior leadership sponsorship and market and brand alignment
  • Coordinate & manage all market and brand pre-alignment

OOH Campaigns management

  • Manage day-to-day follow up with project stakeholders (brands, markets, agency)
  • Manage bookings with OOH partner
  • Assist in following budget spend to plan
  • Assist in elevating brand creatives with partner creative support, coordinate workshops and creative testing

Digital Campaigns management

  • Manage day-to-day follow up with project stakeholders (brands, markets, agency)
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered to plan, proactively driving teams to meet objectives
  • Stay on top of digital opportunities to inform the annual strategy

Campaign performance

  • Assist in fine tuning performance measurement framework working with PR Prestige Insights manager
  • Brief Insights agency on annual scope & objectives
  • Manage Insights agency and ensure performance studies go to plan
  • Ensure campaign and annual reports meet standards, coordinate presentations to brands and markets

  • You are Master student in general business or marketing
  • You are organized, rigorous, methodical and proactive with a “Doer” mindset.
  • You have a previous successful experience in international marketing;
  • You have strong affinity with luxury industry and a strong interest in Wine & Spirits
  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus
