Pernod Ricard is looking for a Social Media, Influence & Digital Ecosystem Intern for Havana Club for 6 months from September to December 2024. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
Your key missions:
In support of the Brand Manager’s Social Media & Influence Management
You will manage our International Social Media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube) in relation to our social media agencies: creation of our editorial calendars, content & formats for global pages.
You will be responsible for the production of our influence projects (seeding, events, special campaigns).
You will coordinate with market teams, content teams, brand ambassadors, and partners (artists, brands…) to get all necessary content and share innovative ideas to create new ones.
You will create & share the quarterly content packs with all necessary people.
You will monitor our results monthly.
You will handle Community Management (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube): post, animate, and monitor our different social media accounts (commenting, liking, managing the DMs, following back accounts…).
You will build a genuine and solid international network with all existing friends & family of the brand (DJs, rappers, fashion designers, bartenders) and new ones.
You will be a creative mind in the team, imagining and putting in place original ideas for our followers to always be excited by what the brand does & publishes.
You will conduct monthly benchmarks on competition and best-performing brands on social media.
In support of the Digital Ecosystem Manager
You will support the maintenance of our digital platforms (website, landing pages) & manage our data (segmentation, CRM…).
You will participate in our E-Commerce initiatives: creative ideas, asset developments, and coordination with markets to put them live in the way we desire.

You have knowledge of social media channels & interest in their management.
You have an interest in the digital marketing area of expertise (website management, CRM…).
You possess good project management skills & autonomy.
You are fluent English (written & oral), Spanish & French are a plus.
You are interested in international rap & trap scenes, as well as the streetwear environment.
You are open, rigorous, knowing how to keep a network alive.
You are a creative mind and don’t fear to share your ideas.
Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
