The position

Job description

Please note that this is a short-term contract (CDD) starting ASAP with a duration of one year.

Objective

The Operations Analyst is responsible for delivering data-driven insights, performance analysis, and strategic support to enhance operational efficiency across the organization. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, financial awareness, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. The Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally to streamline processes, ensure data integrity, and support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen overall operational performance.

Responsibilities & accountabilities

Operational Performance & Data Management

Consolidate, analyze, and report operational data to identify performance trends, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities using internal systems and tools.

Maintain and update dashboards (Power BI) and KPIs related to efficiency, cost performance, process quality, and operational compliance.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across operational systems and databases.

Monitor and enhance data quality through regular audits and systematic process checks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support business needs and facilitate cross-departmental alignment.

Provide analytical insights to support decision-making, operational planning, and continuous improvement activities.

Bridge gaps between financial reporting systems and operational reporting tools, ensuring consistency in metrics and variance analysis.

Digital Tools & Process Automation

Serve as a subject-matter expert for operational analytics tools, promoting user adoption and best practices.

Work closely with IT and Data Management teams to ensure system integration, data consistency, and ongoing tool enhancement.

Participate in digital transformation initiatives by contributing to tool improvements, user training, and process mapping.

Support automation and digitalization projects to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with global and regional teams to standardize methodologies & calculation, align performance initiatives, and share best practices across markets.

Analyze internal workflows and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Support the tracking, validation, and reporting of efficiency initiatives on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Streamline data collection and reporting processes to improve transparency and reduce complexity.

Professional

1-3 years of experience in finance, procurement, or a related analytical role.

Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and financial principles.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

English at professional level is mandatory
