About the Tech Team
Our global Tech team operates in an agile product organization within a dynamic, international environment where collaboration and innovation go hand in hand.
By joining us, you will play a direct role in shaping and deploying the solutions that power the visitor experience across Pernod Ricard’s Brand Experience Centers and stores around the world. You will be part of a team that embraces adaptability, continuous improvement, and product excellence to support the future of consumer experiences.
Purpose of the position
As Business Analyst, your mission will be to help Pernod Ricard deliver a seamless and premium consumer experience across its Brand Homes and Experience Centers by deploying best-in-class solutions across key visitor touchpoints.
From ticketing and retail to payment and hospitality, you will help translate business needs and consumer insights into meaningful recommendations and concrete actions. Your contribution will support the development of a consistent, efficient, and elevated experience for visitors across our global network of Brand Homes.
Our ambition is to become the internal experts in experience and spiritourism within Pernod Ricard.
You will report to the Experience Center Product Owner and work closely with internal stakeholders such as local Brand Home teams, Tech teams, and configuration specialists, as well as with external vendors and solution providers.
Your key responsibilities
1/Ensure seamless deployment of innovative solutions in Brand Experience Centers
Contribute to the international deployment of point-of-sale, ticketing, and payment solutions across the Group’s Brand Homes.
Adapt deployment approaches to the specific needs and archetype of each Brand Home.
Take ownership of one of the deployed solutions and act as its Subject Matter Expert, ensuring end-to-end deployment and continuous improvement.
Engage with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog in line with business priorities.
2/Drive customer-centric strategies to enhance the visitor experience
Use data analysis to understand visitor preferences, behaviors, and support the design of new services and enhancements.
Capture business needs and translate them into a clear Tech roadmap, driving feature development, testing, and deployment.
Help foster a strong customer-centric mindset by collecting, analyzing, and addressing consumer feedback.
Identify and implement solutions that elevate the visitor experience and exceed expectations in our Brand Homes.
3/Optimize the lifecycle of Brand Experience solutions
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Lead backlog grooming and prioritization sessions in line with Agile ways of working, using Jira and other internal tools.
Monitor the performance of deployed solutions and recommend iterative improvements based on data and feedback.
Support operational continuity by contributing to the maintenance and evolution of existing solutions where needed.
4/Contribute to innovation and future capabilities
Explore opportunities to leverage AI, data, and emerging technologies to enrich visitor experiences.
Contribute to the development of future capabilities in hospitality, personalization, and experience optimization.
Help position the team as a center of expertise for Brand Experience innovation across the Group.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
You bring at least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Project Management role.
Experience in one or more of the following environments would be highly valued:
retail or physical point of sale
hospitality or events
tourism or spiritourism
customer experience
deployment of SaaS or digital business solutions
Key skills and capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear and concise communicator, able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders across business, markets, creative, and tech teams
Highly proactive and autonomous, with the ability to move topics forward with limited supervision
Results-driven, with a strong focus on execution and business impact
Solid understanding of Agile ways of working, including user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and UAT coordination
Strong interest in customer experience, innovation, and data-driven decision-making
Experience in hospitality, venue management, experiential environments, or spiritourism would be a strong plus.

You will meet the Product Owner and discuss a short business case designed to explore your reasoning, analytical skills, and approach to the role.
Step 5 – Final interview – April 13 to April 18
A final discussion with HR and senior stakeholders to confirm mutual alignment.
