🧑🚀 Your mission:
While working within the customer success team, you will be at the border of product, engineering and customer success.
Your will:
Build processes and content to support our customers in their use of our product
Participate in onboarding our clients
Work alongside the product team and the engineering team to create a strong user feedback loop
Be proactive in building tools and processes to facilitate our customer support
Analyze your data to rationalize your efforts and make sure we are on track

You speak French with a native level, and you english fluently
You are searching for an end of studies internship that might lead to a full time position
